What would be required to migrate your existing environment over to our browser-based solution?

Ours is a comprehensive yet predictable process. We have performed many migrations and have teams of highly skilled implementation professionals to perform this work. Traditionally, we don’t charge any professional services fees for the migration of your existing application to the utilityPOWERnet solution. Customers are only responsible for travel and living expenses during this process. We generally refer to this as a no-cost conversion. It is our intent to make an investment in you --- as you’ve made an investment in us.

We provide similar on-site training services. The training portion of the process is treated in the same manner as the implementation portion. Once a new member is fully converted, the employees can take ongoing training classes at our training facility in Atlanta, GA, attend regional classes or arrange for on site training in the utility office.
