Our annual CEO Conference was held October 25-27, 2009, at Reynolds Plantation on the shores of Georgia's beautiful Lake Oconee!

The program was jam-packed with informative sessions about all the new features and functionality that we'll be rolling out for UPN, including the new Fleet Management Task Force, our redesigned Executive Dashboard, and our industry-leading innovations in payment technologies and mobile workforce management. We also introduced UPN's Custom Forms Solutions, as well as a new feature that delivers important alerts and reminders via e-mail or text messages.

Providing unbeatable customer support is our top priority, and there were presentations about SEDC's Online Customer Support Service Portal and the Online Support Gateway, both of which are new venues to help customers on the internet. And our territory managers gave updates on issues within their specific regions, and explained how they've been improving communications within utilities.

Of course, we also had a lot of fun, and it was wonderful reconnecting with old friends over good food and good conversation. We're already looking forward to next year!
